KRUTAM DESIGN STUDIO – is an architecture and design firm focused on quality design. Founded in 2011. Working with private organizations and developers – The firm is currently involved in sizable number of projects with varieties of scale. It’s presently headed by Ar. Manoj Chodvadiya and Ar. Axay Kotadiya.

We like to explore the spirit of the project – something that is often hidden behind the ‘functional’ requirements and project economics. After reviewing the needs and possibilities, our approach brings new ideas, new materials, new technology and new collaborations to the work. Our aim is to enhance the quality of life of users, while maximizing the economic viability of the projects.

How buildings reflect and inform human behaviour and the environment – this allows us to advance innovative solutions to contemporary challenges. We constantly seek to enhance a sense of community, identity and relationship to others through beautiful and functional spaces. Our approach with research is essential to our architecture and allows us to push the boundaries of aesthetics and functionality. As we learn from project to project, we apply this learning in new ways to add lasting value to our practice.
